Use Free when you want to validate one page, check the layout, or export occasionally. The first five successful active-page exports work without Google sign-in or a card.
Choose the 7-Day Project Pass for a migration, audit, tax packet, course archive, or one-off handoff. It is paid once, stays active for seven days, and does not renew.
Choose Pro Monthly when exports are part of recurring work but your volume changes. It renews monthly until canceled, so you can keep access without an annual commitment.
Choose Pro Annual when you expect to export throughout the year. It keeps the same controls and provides the lowest effective monthly price among the recurring options.
Every plan keeps the same page controls, print layout, filename rules, and local processing boundary. Paid access changes the usage allowance, not the PDF quality.
Before paying, make sure the active Notion page has finished loading and that embedded content is visible. Account and payment checks are separate from the page body and generated PDF.

The extension prepares the rendered Notion page for printing and removes editor-only controls where the browser exposes them.
Use a date and page-title filename template, then choose paper size, orientation, margins, scale, and page numbers.
PDF generation runs inside your Chromium browser. Account checks and payment status do not send Notion page content to our servers.
How access works
The extension keeps account access and local document creation separate.
Free exports do not require sign-in. After the free allowance is used, sign-in links paid entitlement to the account used in the extension.
Use Free for light work, the 7-Day Project Pass for one project, Monthly for flexibility, or Annual for the lowest effective monthly price.
Paid access activates after payment confirmation. Open a Notion page, review the layout settings, and start the single-page export.
Upgrading, cancellations, refunds, performance, support, and business access explained before you buy.
A paid plan removes the 5-export quota while access is active. You keep the same local processing and professional layout controls, with more capacity for recurring work or larger archive projects.
Direct plan switching is not currently available. You can cancel the next renewal for Monthly or Annual from My Orders, keep your benefits until the paid period ends, and then choose another plan. The 7-Day Project Pass expires without renewing.
Refunds are reviewed under the current Refund Policy rather than granted automatically. Email [email protected] with your order number, account email, and reason so the team can review a billing or technical issue.
Pricing may be updated as the product and operating costs change. A purchase is charged at the price shown at checkout, and a later price change does not shorten an access period you have already paid for.
No. Free and paid plans use the same PDF, page-layout, watermark, and filename controls. Paid access changes export capacity, not the rendering quality of the document.
Paid plans do not impose a plan-level export quota while active. Very large exports can still be affected by browser memory, device performance, Notion behavior, dynamic embeds, or media that has not loaded.

No public API or dedicated enterprise tier is included in the standard plans. Notion to PDF is currently provided as a browser extension for individual accounts. Organizations with deployment or high-volume requirements can contact [email protected].
